Why do you think Human Resource Management is included in BSCS/BSIT curriculum
According to the web, Human Resource Management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organization's most valued assets - the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. The terms "human resource management" and "human resources" (HR) have largely replaced the term "personnel management" as a description of the processes involved in managing people in organizations.
For me, Human Resource Management is included in BSCS/BSIT curriculum because through this subject we will be able to recognize the importance of human resource in every company. As we all know human resource is dealing with other people and as mention above it is the most valued assets of company. Moreover, it helps us to gain more knowledge on what are the functions or roles of human resource on a particular company and what will be our role. benefits and responsibilities as employee to such company someday.
Probably, few years from now if we are in the working environment it will not be very difficult for us to face the problems that we will encountering and how are we going to solve it.
