The 21st century Corporation is said to be the great transformation and management by web. It is a great transformation because we cannot deny that now a day each one of us is using the technology such as cell phones and internet. Because of the technology specifically Internet the corporation is undergoing a major transformation.

Many will be involved of the great transformation like the employees, they will increasingly feel the pressure to get breakthrough ideas to market first. The company will call on talent and resources--especially intellectual capital just as to sell its goods and services around the globe. The great 21st century leaders, however, isn't just about intellectual application of the latest software it’s about culture and mind set. The 21st century companies will recognize that the real power of technology is not just the ability to make a business more efficient but also its potential to spark transformative change. Much of that change will involve the company's relationship with its customers.

To sum up, I believe that few years from now we are all the beneficiaries of the technology and probably some of the companies will not survive without technology. To other people will they like it or not they must accept that in the near future technology will be rule.
